Otras veces (las más) he escrito un humilde (desde mi pobre inspiración) poema para tal evento.
 
Pero esta vez me di cuenta que un poema no alcanza, por mas bonito que fuera, pues sólo queda en esas frases bellas y parecieran (aunque no lo son) de circunstancias.
 
Es por ello que consideré que no le daba el rango que realmente se merecía, es decir una Editorial.
 
Y aquí estoy, desgranando la misma con inmensa alegría y mucho cariño por estas profesionales de la polifuncionalidad y el alto profesionalismo sin dejar de ser lo que son, las mejores de las mujeres también en sus propios roles.
 
Hablando con ejecutivos amigos, y no tanto, llegamos a la misma conclusión tanto profesional como antimachista: ¿¿¿¿Qué haríamos sin nuestras secretarias????
 
¿Quién nos esperaría con una sonrisa cada día de trabajo, a veces agobiante, y mas aún cuando nosotros ya llegamos con cara de histeria?. Sí, porque los hombres tenemos nuestra propia histeria, aun cuando lo neguemos.
 
¿Quién, si no es ella, nos tienen armada la agenda del día y aun de la semana de manera perfecta?
 
Ella nos conoce profundamente, sabe lo que queremos y cuando lo queremos.
 
Conoce los trabajos y sabe a quien podemos atender en determinada circunstancia y a quien no.
 
Pero también sabe resolver problemas cuando nosotros no estamos y actúa como si lo estuviéramos; es más, el cliente, proveedor, amigo, familiar, etc, se siente satisfecho.
 
Sabe entendernos cuando es un día de aquellos y hasta sabe en que momento y de que forma dirigirnos la palabra, o simplemente hacer el más solidario de los silencios.
 
Para colmo nuestras secretarias poseen una gran preparación y una continua actualización de sus conocimientos, con el grave engaño de que sutilmente sin saberlo las vamos haciendo cada vez más ejecutivas y cada vez más irreemplazables.
 
Es más, muchas veces cambian los jefes, en la mayoría de los casos, pero queda la secretaria, que por lo general ya estaba desde vaya a saber cuando.
 
Encima es la que ha de guiar al nuevo jefe, al conocimiento global de su trabajo y de lo que es toda la Empresa, con una radiografía casi sicoanalítica de cada una de las personas que componen su plantel y de las que no lo componen.
  
Es por eso que el DÍA DE LA SECRETARIA, como tantas otras festividades de muchísima importancia, es todos los días.
  
Personalmente debo agradecer a tres secretarias que he tenido en mi vida y sin las cuales no hubiera sido gran parte de lo que soy hoy en día.
  
Si, efectivamente aprendí mucho de ellas y realmente han sido tan útiles para mi y especialmente para las Empresas que dirigí que les envió un gran cariño y mi mejor homenaje a ellas, a todas esas mujeres tan especiales que son grandes Secretarias.

Other times(most of them) I have written an humble (besides my pour inspiration) a poem for such event.
 
But this time I realize that a poetry does not make sense, no matter how beautiful it was, because it only least these nice sentences and they seams (besides they aren’t) of circumstances.
 
That’s the reason why I considered that I haven’t given the status that it deserve, I mean an editorial.
 
Now I am here crumbling it in the same way with a great happiness and so much love for these multifunctional professionals and their high technique without being what they are, the best of the woman also in their roles.
 
When I was talking with my friend and not so friends executives we arrived to a conclusion, neither like professionals nor as feminist. What are we going to do without our secretaries?? 
 
Who is going to be waiting for us with an smile each heavy day and more that it when we arrive with an hysteric face?, yes because man we also have our own histery, even when we deny it.
 
Who is going to be if she have armed the day diary and also of the week perfectly well done? 
 
She knows profoundly us, she knows what we want and when we don’t. 
 
She knows the works and too she knows who we are able to have an appointment in each circumstance and also who don’t.
 
But she also knows how to solve problems when we aren’t there and she acts like we were there, what its more the costumer, the supplier, the friend, the familiar, etc., fell satisfied.
 
She understands when Its a day of those and even she knows in what moment and in wht way she may talk to us, or simply she does the most supportive of the silences.
 
Even dough our secretaries have a great training and an fluently improvement of their knowledge, with the serious deception that sharply without knowing it we make them more executives and more unchangeable.
 
What is more , many time they change of chiefs, in many cases, but the secretary is always their in general she was their since we didn’t know when.
 
Also she is supposed to guide the new chief to the global knowledge of his work and what the company is, like if it is an X-ray almost psychoanalytical of each of the persons that are part of the work team, and also of the persons that aren’t in this situation.
 
This is the reason why in the Secretary’s day, like in many of the important festivities, is all days.
 
In my personal opinion I must thank to 3 secretaries that I had in different companies during my life, and all thought without them I could not be part of what I am nowadays.
 
Yes, certainly I learnt many things of them, things that were very useful for mi and especially for the companies that I managed. I give them a great fond and my better tribute to them, and to all the woman that are so special that they are big secretaries.
