"No jodan con
Perón". Bajo esa consigna amanecieron hoy varias avenidas del
centro de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Los afiches azules y
blancos están firmados por el sindicato "La Fraternidad", que
desde 1887 agrupa a los conductores ferroviarios de todo el
país.
María Estela Martínez de Perón debía presentarse a partir de
hoy ante la Audiencia Nacional madrileña cada quince días,
pero no fue a declarar. Sus abogados argumentaron que no han
recibido una "comunicación formal" sobre los pedidos de
extradición que pesan sobre la acusada.
Representada por Elisa Carrió (ARI), Roberto Lavagna y
Mauricio Macri (Pro), la oposición coincide en que se trata de
una "interna" entre peronistas que sirve para "tapar" los
problemas actuales.
"Es una barbaridad que hayan pedido la detención de Isabel;
estuvo seis años detenida y nunca se rehusó a declarar por
ninguna causa", aseguró Gerónimo Venegas, secretario general
de las 62 Organizaciones Peronistas.
Por
su parte, el Presidente de la Nación Néstor Kirchner afirmó:
"Si los jueces entienden que hubo terrorismo de Estado desde
antes del golpe militar de 1976, sus responsables también
deberán ser juzgados".
Hace más de veinte años que la viuda del ex presidente Juan
Domingo Perón vive en Madrid. El juez Norberto Oyarbide ordenó
su detención por la participación en los crímenes cometidos
por las Triple A. En Mendoza, el juez federal Raúl Acosta
pidió la captura de "Isabelita" por una causa de desaparición
en febrero de 1976.
Cancillería ya inició los trámites de extradición y es la
primera vez que el gobierno le da el carácter de "urgente" a
una cuestión de este tipo con España. La justicia madrileña le
concedió a la acusada prisión domiciliaria y consideró
"innecesario" seguir "agitando" el asunto.
Las causas contra la ex mandataria de 75 años resucitaron
luego del bochornoso traslado de los restos de Perón a San
Vicente, la desaparición de Jorge Julio
López, el secuestro de Luis Gerez y la explosión en Río
Turbio. Otra vez sopa.

of the country.
María Estela Martínez de Perón was suposed to go to the
Madrilean Court every fifteen days from today, but she didn´t
go. Her lawyers explained that they hadn´t recieved any
"formal communication" from the Judge.
Represented by Elisa Carrió (ARI), Roberto Lavagna and
Mauricio Macri (PRO), the opposition agrees that the hole
situation is a fight between peronistas that helps the
goverment to cover up the actual issues that are more
important for Argentina, like insecurity and inflation.
"It is terrible that they ordered Isabel´s detention;
she has been six years in prison and she never refused to
speak about any cause", asured Gerónimo Venegas, the principal
secretary of the 62 Organizaciones Peronistas.
The President of the Nation,
Néstor Kirchner, affirmed: "If the judges understand that
there has been State Terrorism before 1976, it´s responsables
will be judged".
Juan
Domingo Peron´s widow has lived in Madrid for more than twenty
years. The judge Norberto Oyarbide oredered the extradition of
Isabel for her participation in the "Triple A" crimes. In
Mendoza, the Federal Judge Raúl Acosta asked the detention
beacuse if the participation in a cause of a "desaparecido" (missing
person).
The
Ministery of Foreing Affairs has already started the
extraitions procedures. It is the first time that the
goverment gives the title of "urgent" to this type of matter
with Spain. Meanwhile, the madrilean court gave home detention
and considered uneccesary to contiunue "agitating" the matter.
The
accusations against the ex mandatary of 75 years old reappeard
after the embarrassing moving of Peron´s body to San Vicente,
the disappearance of Jorge Julio López, the kidnap of Luis
Geréz and the Río Turbio´s explotion. Same old story.
