Children's rights In Argentina
  It fulfilled?

The United Nations General Assembly declared:

Principle 1: The child will enjoy all rights set forth in this Declaration, without exception by race, color, sex, language, religion, political opinion, property or birth.

In Argentina there are 12,237,325 children between 0 and 17 years.
Nearly five million of these children are poor (40.9%).
One million seven hundred thousand are homeless.

Principle 2: The child shall enjoy special protection for
that can develop physically, mentally, morally and spiritually and socially.

In 2007 killed 8,688 children under five, 152 more than the previous year.
Eight children a day die from causes related to malnutrition.


Principle 3: The child has the right from birth to a name and nationality.

In December 2005 there were 19,579 children detained in prisons.

75% of adoptions are illegal and are conducted through the trafficking of children.

Principle 7: You are entitled to receive free education and
mandatory and should fully enjoy games and
recreations.

The dropout rate of multi-track between 2004 and 2005 was every hundred twenty boys.

Principle 8: It must be among the first to receive protection and relief.
